Hey, I'm Anthony.
My parents came to the US from Europe and Asia; they met while doing their PhDs. My last name is an unhyphenated union of theirs. I've always been proud to be from an international yet distinctly American family.
Earlier
I mostly grew up in Washington and went to university in California. Post-grad, I've mostly been in New York, with time in Paris and the West Coast.
I ran a prediction platform in middle and high school with a few thousand active users called Midzy - I loved connecting with random people from all around through it.
I was then an engineer at Apple, then a YC founder, and am now at Anthropic.
Now
I aspire to contribute to a future in which we all are rich with family and friends, live courageously, eat real food, feel physically top, and are doing deep, meaningful work. Joshua 1:9
